He has consulted with and coached over 250 small to mid-sized companies and non-profits to identify their success objectives, engage their customers, build ongoing relationships, and grow revenue. Van holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, a Master’s degree in Mass Communications & Media Arts, and is actively involved in church and civic boards. Proudly retired as a Commander in the Naval Reserve, Van is a credentialed success catalyst with a rich background in promoting business and community initiatives.

Caitlin is the Chief Marketing Director and joined the JK Premier Marketing team in 2018 as an Editor. She oversees current projects, manages team members, and ensures customer satisfaction. She creates standard operating procedures for our team with the goal of streamlining our processes internally as well as for our clients. As a professional, Caitlin has held multiple customer-facing roles as well as content management responsibilities. She works directly with customers and clients with a deep focus on maintaining open communication and fostering relationships.
Caitlin graduated from Butler University with a B.A. in English Literature. Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys listening to true crime podcasts, reading, and planning family vacations to Disney World.

Nicole, a Louisiana native and Louisiana State University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, serves as an Account Executive at JK Premier Marketing. She ensures client needs are met and projects run smoothly. Since 2017, Nicole has dedicated her career to supporting the military community, providing services in military housing, retirements, and career counseling for separating service members, all driven by her passion to help others.
In addition to her professional work, Nicole has volunteered as a leader for the Soldier and Family Readiness Group. She enjoys live music, the beach, boat rides, and a good book. Outside of work, Nicole treasures time with her husband and children. As a military spouse, she proudly serves and sacrifices for our Nation.
Amanda Brophy is an administrative professional with much of her career focused on office finance. As the Controller for JK Premier Marketing, she is responsible for overseeing the organization’s accounting and financial reporting functions while fostering positive relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Previously, Amanda worked as an Office Administrator & Internal Sales associate as well as an Accounts Manager with industrial based businesses.
Amanda grew up outside of Auburn, AL and relocated to NC 15 years ago due to her husband’s military career. She was an active-duty military spouse for twenty years until her husband’s recent retirement. They have two children, three dogs, and a cat. Her hobbies include gardening & softball. Her favorite place to relax is on her dock or on a beach somewhere with her Kindle.

Tiffany is the Website & Digital Asset Director at JK Premier Marketing. She manages client websites, digital platforms, and cybersecurity to ensure our clients’ strong internet presence.
Tiffany served with distinction as an Active-Duty Flight Medic for ten years, and in 2021 transitioned into the Reserves to continue her commitment to service and excellence while pursuing new life and academic goals. She is equipped and familiar with the strict adherence to protocols, discipline, strategic planning, and attention required of procurement processes from her tenure in the military.
The intersection of her background in medicine and artistic proficiency led her to study UX Design and she is set to graduate in May 2024 with dual Associate degrees in Web & UX Design and Web Design.
Tiffany enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, who currently serves in the Army, her Malamute Tera, and her Husky Nala.

Creative Director, Vida Perez, joined the JK Premier Marketing family in the summer of 2018. Vida is a graphic designer with 20 years of experience working as designer and creative director.
Throughout her career, Vida has directed and managed multiple projects. She worked with Cunard Lines on the launch of the Queen Mary 2 and the Queen Victoria ocean liners as well as Univision TV in Miami, where she created promotional graphics, designed a logo for Premio Lo Nuestro a la Música Latina Music Awards, and more.
Vida has lead the development of branding projects for a variety of start-up companies and products, conceptualized creative campaigns, and worked on collateral sales and marketing materials. Her client portfolio includes industries such as travel and hospitality, real estate, fashion, medical, retail, and entertainment.
Vida holds a Graphic Design degree from Taller Cinco Centro de Diseño in Colombia and a Degree in Electronic Publishing and Commercial Art from International Fine Arts College (now Miami International University of Art & Design). She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Christine Novotny is a Graphic Designer with 10 years of professional experience creating a wide variety of graphics for the print and digital media space. She started her career after earning a bachelor’s degree in graphic design at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale in 2011. From 2013-2015, she worked freelance for the FLA Live Arena – formerly the BB&T Center Sunrise – home of the Florida Panthers NHL team. She previously worked as the Senior Graphic Designer for commercial real estate companies in New York City. Over the past few years, she has shifted directions and now works on the agency side of the creative world. Christine’s prior experience provides our clients with crisp graphics that are meticulously created.
Christine comes from a military background, with her father having served in the Coast Guard.

Olivia has a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at New Paltz in Public Relations and Journalism. Olivia enjoys spending her weekends with her husband and young daughter. They love hiking and exploring the beautiful outdoors as a family.

Tess, the Chief Website Developer at JK Premier Marketing, brings a rich background in design and building arts to her role. She excels at turning creative web designs into responsive, user-friendly experiences that work seamlessly across all devices.
Tess’s journey into web development began after a spine injury led her to shift from over 15 years of crafting furniture and sets to earning a degree in web development, graduating with top honors. Her ability to balance form and function makes her a versatile and skilled developer.
Before joining JK Premier Marketing, Tess studied fine art at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and taught furniture design. Her work has been featured in Dwell, The New York Times, and Forbes.
Originally from Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, Tess now resides in Durham, where she enjoys gardening, cooking, and rescuing animals with her fiancée, who is a physician assistant.
