JAMIE ADAMS

Chief Executive Officer

Jamie Adams brings more than a decade of experience building brands, driving growth, and leading companies with clarity and purpose. As the founder and CEO of JK Premier Marketing, she doesn’t just direct the vision—she understands how to execute every part of it.

Jamie launched JK Premier Marketing in 2014 with a clear mission: to create a company that not only delivered high-level strategy and creative execution, but also provided meaningful careers for U.S. military spouses and transitioned veterans. As the spouse of a veteran herself, she built the agency around that commitment—and it continues to shape the way the company hires, leads, and serves.

Today, JK Premier Marketing is a multi-award-winning agency known for producing results-driven work across industries—trusted by clients who value strategic thinking and clean execution.

Jamie’s strength lies in blending smart strategy with creative versatility—whether developing brand systems for high-end luxury businesses or crafting campaigns that rely on sharp humor and cultural connection. Every decision she makes is guided by one principle: treat every client’s business as if it were her own.

With hands-on expertise in website development, coding, design, copywriting, advertising, social media, and consulting, Jamie offers a depth of strategic vision and tactical know-how that few executives possess. Her deep understanding of every moving part allows her to execute with precision—saving time, reducing cost, and making every decision count.

AMANDA GUPTA

Client Success Manager

Amanda Gupta is an experienced Executive Assistant and Program Manager with a strong background in executive support, project coordination, and financial operations. A Geologist and Graduate Gemologist, she spent 10 years in the jewelry industry before transitioning into business operations and administration.

Originally from Mumbai, India, Amanda moved to Los Angeles, CA, before settling in Raleigh, NC. As a proud Army spouse, she has balanced a dynamic career with the unique challenges of military life. She is also an active mom to two energetic kids and the newest addition to the family—a playful dog. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to the gym, cycling, and cross-country road trips, as well as unwinding with a good crime podcast or book.

CAITLIN SHERRILL

Chief Operating Officer

Caitlin Sherrill is the Chief Operating Officer at JK Premier Marketing, having joined the team in 2018. In her role, she creates and implements standard operating procedures to enhance both internal efficiency and the client experience. Caitlin optimizes the systems and processes used at JK Premier Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.

Originally from the midwest, Caitlin holds a B.A. in English Literature from Butler University. She enjoys true crime podcasts, reading, and planning family vacations to Disney World.

She is a military spouse who serves and sacrifices for our Nation.

RACHEL WINBURN

Operations Coordinator

Rachel serves as the Operations Coordinator for JK Premier Marketing. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Family Consumer Sciences with a specialization in Family Studies, as well as a Master of Science in Mental Health and Wellness, with an emphasis on Family Dynamics.

Rachel has been married for a decade to her husband, who serves in the active-duty army, which has brought them to Fort Liberty. Originally from Washington State, they plan to return there upon his retirement. Rachel has worked in a wide variety of management settings and currently works with the Rick Herrema Foundation as their Communication Coordinator, bringing military families together in the community.

Outside of work, Rachel’s days are filled with activities primarily centered around her children and arts and crafts. She currently enjoys hand embroidery, appreciating the final creation despite its time-intensive nature.
She is a military spouse who serves and sacrifices for our Nation.

VAN CARPENTER

Business Growth Strategist

Van Carpenter is a seasoned Advisor, Business Innovator, and Growth Strategist, with over 30 years of diverse experience. Having excelled in corporate management roles, he possesses in-depth knowledge of working with large corporate accounts and international business trends. He has consulted with and coached over 250 small to mid-sized companies and non-profits to identify their success objectives, engage their customers, build ongoing relationships, and grow revenue. Van holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, a Master’s degree in Mass Communications & Media Arts, and is actively involved in church and civic boards.

Proudly retired as a Commander in the Naval Reserve, Van is a credentialed success catalyst with a rich background in promoting business and community initiatives.

TIFFANY SPETH

Digital Operations Director

Tiffany is the Digital Operations Director at JK Premier Marketing. She manages client websites, digital platforms, and cybersecurity to ensure our clients’ strong internet presence.

Tiffany served with distinction as an Active-Duty Flight Medic for ten years, and in 2021 transitioned into the Reserves to continue her commitment to service and excellence while pursuing new life and academic goals. She is equipped and familiar with the strict adherence to protocols, discipline, strategic planning, and attention required of procurement processes from her tenure in the military.

The intersection of her background in medicine and artistic proficiency led her to study UX Design and she holds Associate degrees in Web & UX Design and Web Design.

Tiffany enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, who currently serves in the Army, her Malamute Tera, and her Husky Nala.

She is a military spouse and Reservist who serves and sacrifices for our Nation.

VIDA PEREZ

Creative Director

Creative Director, Vida Perez, joined the JK Premier Marketing family in the summer of 2018. Vida is a graphic designer with 20 years of experience working as designer and creative director.

Throughout her career, Vida has directed and managed multiple projects. She worked with Cunard Lines on the launch of the Queen Mary 2 and the Queen Victoria ocean liners as well as Univision TV in Miami, where she created promotional graphics, designed a logo for Premio Lo Nuestro a la Música Latina Music Awards, and more.

Vida has lead the development of branding projects for a variety of start-up companies and products, conceptualized creative campaigns, and worked on collateral sales and marketing materials. Her client portfolio includes industries such as travel and hospitality, real estate, fashion, medical, retail, and entertainment.

Vida holds a Graphic Design degree from Taller Cinco Centro de Diseño in Colombia and a Degree in Electronic Publishing and Commercial Art from International Fine Arts College (now Miami International University of Art & Design). She is fluent in English and Spanish.
She is a military spouse who serves and sacrifices for our Nation.

CHRISTINE NOVOTNY

Graphic Designer

Christine Novotny is a Graphic Designer with 10 years of professional experience creating a wide variety of graphics for the print and digital media space. She started her career after earning a bachelor’s degree in graphic design at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale in 2011. From 2013-2015, she worked freelance for the FLA Live Arena – formerly the BB&T Center Sunrise – home of the Florida Panthers NHL team. She previously worked as the Senior Graphic Designer for commercial real estate companies in New York City. Over the past few years, she has shifted directions and now works on the agency side of the creative world. Christine’s prior experience provides our clients with crisp graphics that are meticulously created.

Christine comes from a military background, with her father having served in the Coast Guard.

LINDSY GERRARD

Account Executive

Lindsy is an Account Executive at JK Premier Marketing. She was born and raised in upstate NY and received her Bachelor’s degree from Clarkson University. Upon graduation Lindsy commissioned into the USAF as an Airfield Operations Officer. The dynamic and fast pace environment of air traffic control, airfield operations, and administrative leadership gives Lindsy the ability to apply her attention to detail and project management to elevate our client care.

Once separated from the military she turned her focus to her growing family while starting her own gifting business. Outside of work, Lindsy enjoys a nice coffee while reading, taking adventures with her family, and long walks with her dog.

She is a veteran and military spouse who serves and sacrifices for our Nation.

AMANDA BROPHY

Controller

Amanda Brophy is an administrative professional with much of her career focused on office finance. As the Controller for JK Premier Marketing, she is responsible for overseeing the organization’s accounting and financial reporting functions while fostering positive relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Previously, Amanda worked as an Office Administrator & Internal Sales associate as well as an Accounts Manager with industrial based businesses.

Amanda grew up outside of Auburn, AL and relocated to NC 15 years ago due to her husband’s military career. She was an active-duty military spouse for twenty years until her husband’s recent retirement. They have two children, three dogs, and a cat. Her hobbies include gardening & softball. Her favorite place to relax is on her dock or on a beach somewhere with her Kindle.

She is a veteran spouse who serves and sacrifices for our Nation.

MICHAEL BRIGGER

Web Developer

Michael Brigger is a skilled web developer with experience in marketing agencies, government organizations, and contract-based projects. He specializes in building fast, secure, and SEO-optimized WordPress websites with clean, responsive design. With a strong foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, he delivers user-focused solutions that perform well across devices. Michael also integrates AI tools to streamline content creation and enhance search visibility. His work blends technical expertise with practical strategy to help clients grow their online presence effectively.
